Malhari Dhotrekar is an Advance Career Counsellor, International Studies Career Counsellor, Counselling Psychology, NLP Practitioner, Corporate Trainer, Public Speaker, Financial Marker Trader, Technical Analyst. He has spent over two decades in Marketing, Sales, Human Resource Development & Management, Specializing in Recruitments, Training & Development, Career Counselling, International Study Career Counselling. He is a firm believer that “Training Enables Transformation & Transformation Enables Change” This Change comes through Continuous Learning “Learn, Un- Learn & Re-Learn” is the Success Mantra. His Counselling Sessions, Seminars & Workshops are dynamic, energetic and result oriented, highly interactive, interesting, useful, appreciated and welcome by the participants.

Thasnim is a soft-skill trainer and self-improvement coach. She believes that every individual in this world, is made for a unique purpose, and that a positive attitude along with a strong value system is important to realize their true potential. A seasoned educator dedicated to shaping the future by empowering students, she has successfully coached hundreds of students in improving their communication, soft skills, life skills, among others, leading to increased confidence and academic success. She has trained teachers and parents, fostering a supportive and collaborative home-school environment. Embracing positive change, creativity and a love for lifelong learning are the key takeaways from her lively and interactive sessions.

master trainer- digital transformation - AI & ML
Gangadhar has Created robotics and automation solution for accounts payable processes for multiple large client engagements using robotics tools like Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere, OCR and other tools. The solution involved complex integration with different workflows and ERP and multiple sub processes that required change management. The yield / savings achieved from these projects were in the range of 20-60%. Also identified quick wins / continuous improvement transformation ideas through the journey with strong operations and process knowledge. Robotics end to end implementation – Extensive operations experience in handling clients with large volumes and high dependency based activities. The clients that were serviced were from industries including IT, hospitality services, Insurance/finance and after life services.
Rama R
master trainer- Foreign Languages
Rama with 25 years of rich work experience in the industry, have worked both in India and in Europe/USA. Learnt German at the RWTH University Aachen (Germany) Grund and Mittelstuffe. Conducted corporate training of German language at IT gaints to name a few are Wipro, Bosch, Fairtech Engineering Services Ltd, Adobe. Taught German Language at Welingkar Education (WE School), St Joseph Collage and PESIT and to a host of professionals. With a total work experience of over 10 years as a German Instructor, responsible for end to end training needs of the language: design, schedule, course content and evaluation (on language proficiency). As a language instructor she is conversant with the language and the culture. She has Completed B1 and B2.2 levels of the language Certification at @ Goethe.
